    Established in 2002, our physicians and staff are here to serve you. We look forward to providing the highest quality of care on the Gulf Coast. We offer convenient morning appointments with our nurse practitioners and afternoon appointments with our physicians. All of the providers of Mobile Gastroenterology, P.C. comply with the quality reporting programs monitored through CMS.

    We are located on the campus of Providence Hospital in Building A, Suite 208 on the second floor above the Cancer Center. Valet parking and wheel chairs are available in Building B at the security desk.     New To Our Practice

    Welcome to Mobile Gastroenterology, P.C. if you have an upcoming appointment with us we would like to let you know what to expect. We ask that our new patients arrive at least 15-20 minutes early to complete paperwork. When you arrive please bring the following:

  • Insurance cards
  • Photo ID
  • A list of your current medications and allergies.
  • Recent test results relevant to your visit.
  • A referral from your Primary Care Physician, if it is required by your insurance company.
  • Please verify your insurance coverage prior to your appointment. If your insurance applies a copay, it is due when you check-in. For your convenience, under the forms tab, please locate the new patient paperwork and complete that prior to your appointment. Please see the link below to view our privacy policy. Due to our physicians procedure and hospital call schedule, your appointment may be delayed.

    Our physicians specialize in treating diseases of the digestive tract. They perform diagnostic procedures to diagnose and treat many gastrointestinal problems. Some of the procedures performed are listed below:

    (We DO NOT treat Hepatitis or perform Gastric bypass /Lap band surgery)

    Copays, deductibles, non-covered charges and coinsurance are due at time of service. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Cash, or Check. Most major insurance companies are accepted including Medicare. Please contact our office regarding billing and insurance policies we accept. We ask that you contact your insurance company, regarding your benefits prior to your office appointment and/or procedures. If your insurance requires a referral (example :Healthspring, BCBS, Aetna, etc.) it is the patients responsibility to obtain his or her referral.

    Screening Colonoscopies: Please contact your insurance company to verify that you have Colorectal Screening benefits prior to your appointment.

    Private/Self pay patients: Appointments must be made by your primary care physician. We DO NOT accept self referrals from our uninsured patients. Please contact the office regarding your financial responsibility prior to your appointment.

  • We are not in-network with Cigna, PHCS, some Multi-plans or some BCBS of Mississippi policies. Please contact your member services number prior to your appointment to verify your policy.
